Yet they talk about gymnastics today like they're really something these women had it hard with hard rules to accomplish what they did back in those days was tough but all people talk about them girls of today in gymnastics please they got it very easy today with a smaller team and easier rules that they win so much that it over shadows what these women has done to pave the way for girls who got it easy today so I will always love the magnificent seven never forget who got you there today's gymnastics girls y'all are ok but these women put it all on the line

The delusional narrative that Al & Armine have created regarding her gymnastics career is just *chef's kiss*. Note that she appears to have competed at 2 international, tekevised meets during her elite career and she didn't stand up her beam dismount at either one. She also did no full-twisting double backs on floor. She did have lovely qualities as a gymnast (i.e. an incredible handstand planche beam mount and a full pirouette on the low bar), but World-contender she was not 🤣.

The coach did not check the injury but kick her back to the field. Only 2 countries concern more to the marks than team member's health, North Korea and China. She was retired and no attempting to the next Olympic.

Not a lot of people know....but Armani was a beast, she was a huge dare devil! She was doing the craziest skills way back when, she was the first to train a double layout dismount off beam. 😳

Their form is excellent. China is superior there. They are very good. I just think they tend to buckle under pressure at times. But they really do have some true advantages.

It's so damn sexist that her desire to win and hatred of losing is even a thing. If it was a man, it would be normal to be openly hungry. But women and gymnasts must utter platitudes like "I just wanted go out there and do my best for my country". Well so did Khorkina. She just got really mad if her (or a team mate) didn't. I mean, I know she could verge on unsportswomanlike at other times, but what's so strange about wanting to win?
